Why I'm No Longer Vegan | Life Update
About two years ago I decided to start a vegan diet. Overnight I stopped consuming anything that was made with animal by products. It was an exhilarating change and I felt amazing.
Almost two years later I wasn’t feeling as amazing as when I first changed my diet. I started experiencing extreme fatigue among other health complications. Although I am no longer on a fully vegan diet, I remain grateful for being on one for as long as I did. It taught me a lot about and till this day I prefer plant based options. The lessons I learned will stay with me forever.
