I’ve been transitioning to a vegan diet now for 6 months (and still going strong!). When you first go vegan/plant based, it can be overwhelming. The best advice I can share is to have fun with it. Instead of freaking out over all of the things you can no longer consume, get excited about discovering new things you can now eat.
Your body will thank you, the animals will thank you and the environment will thank you.
