Inhale Positivity, Exhale Negativity!
Have you ever had one thing go wrong and thought “oh it’s going to be one of those days?" Energy from your current mindset was just put out into the universe and guess what...you have already attracted negativity! Whenever we have these unfortunate thoughts we trigger our “inner critic” to begin producing harsh comments that throw us off track. Your inner critic has begun to take control of the current situation and once that negative voice has been turned on it’s very difficult to shut it off.
Silence Your Inner Critic
Whenever an event doesn't turn out exactly how you planned, the most important thing to remember is not to blame yourself! Sometimes things happen that is beyond our control and it's up to us to learn from them. You can't sit back and reflect on these experiences if you are constantly making yourself feel unworthy and full of guilt. Understanding how to speak to oneself is a vital part of growth. You wouldn't call your best friend an idiot for their silly mistakes would you? No, instead you would comfort them and try to make light of the situation. Why not show yourself that same support the next time you feel your inner critic coming out!
Release Those Negative Thoughts in A Healthy Way
It's extremely harmful to keep things that are bothering you bottled up inside. One of the ways I release my frustration is by speaking to my best friend and my sister. One of the biggest misconceptions people tend to think is that no one wants to hear about certain problems they may be dealing with, but that's not true! Your family and friends love you very much and they want to see you happy. Confide in your love ones and allow them to help you get through those tough times. At the end of the conversation I guarantee you will instantly feel better!
Be Considerate of Others and Their Feelings
Whenever people feel the need to purposely go out of their way to hurt someone else, it makes me feel very sad for them. The hate that is filled inside of those vicious comments they shout out is just a reflection of how unhappy that particular person is. You on the other hand should not sink down to their level of negativity because you are better than that! Instead of firing back and bashing their character, let it go and move on. Remember that you have been taught to treat people with the respect they deserve. We are all entitled to gratitude and kindness. Why not be patient and considerate of others? I promise you will be a much happier person if you do!
The world need YOUR positive energy! Let go of that negativity and embrace positivity! It's hard work and it takes tons of practice just like everything else in life that's worth your while.
