How young is too young?
Staying young - or at least staying young-looking - is a priority to most people, especially women. Thankfully, there are plenty of anti-aging products out there for the choosing. The two best things you can do to protect your skin at this point in your life are to quit smoking and wear sunscreen every single day. Choose a sun screen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays, with an SPF of at least 30. Also, wear sunscreen year-round, not just in the summertime. Protecting your skin during the summer can sometimes be a hassle - you want to stay moisturized, but some days it’s just too hot and humid to lather on a thick lotion. You want to get a gorgeous, glowing tan, but you know that wrinkles will eventually follow. Here are five tips to making the most of the summer while maintaining your flawless complexion:
