Green Smoothie Beauty Shake

In the summer, I find it hard to eat a big breakfast. It’s hot in the mornings, and I want something that will cool me down and keep me energized at the same time. The perfect solution is a green smoothie! The color can look really intimidating, but if you do it correctly, you can’t even taste the greens. Here is my favorite recipe of the summer. It is full of nutrients and tastes like a milkshake!

Ingredients: -1 cup coconut water -1/2 apple (chopped) -1 handful frozen pineapple -1/2 banana -1 handful kale -A few mint leaves

Directions: -Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
