Get Hollywood Eyelashes
There’s nothing more glamorous than long, full eyelashes. For years now mascara has been the go-to product to achieve that look, but there are other methods you might not even be aware of. From lash extensions to eyelash growth products you’ll be able to choose the one that will work best for you.
Like the best Hollywood kept secrets, eyelash extensions have finally been leaked. Nicole Kidman, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan are among some of the starlets that have used them. Think of it like hair extensions, but for your eyes. Synthetic lashes are placed one by one near your lash line and blended with the rest of your eyelashes for a natural look. The result is fuller, longer lashes. This is a semi-permanent method usually lasting two to three weeks. The foe lashes will start falling off on their own, but with touch ups you can keep them on for as long as up to a year.
For a more permanent solution there are growth enhancement products like Latisse. Latisse is the first and only FDA approved eyelash enhancement product as of now. Apply Latisse as close to your upper lash line as prescribed. Eventually you’ll start noticing longer, fuller, darker eyelashes. There are side effects to keep in mind like darkening of the lash line. Speak to your doctor about whether Latisse would be a good fit for you. The only way of obtaining it is with a prescription.
Sometimes you just want a glam look for a single night, and that’s when falsies come in handy. With a little patience false eyelashes can be applied from the comfort of your home. Apply the lash glue to the edge of the eyelashes, and blow on it slightly so that the glue won’t be as gooey. Using tweezers get as close to your upper lash line and place the fakes lashes. Hold them down for a few seconds and your done. Apply your choice of mascara to blend them in with your own eyelashes.
So there you have it the low-down on getting glamorous eyelashes.
