Fitness Series: FitMiss Delight
You can buy all the makeup and products in the word to make yourself beautiful, but one sure way to do that is through fitness. My passion for working out has grown over the past year and I’m always looking for new ways to do more for my body. For the next couple of weeks I will be posting this Fitness Series to share with you all a new favorite brand of mine called FitMiss.
I came across FitMiss when I was searching for protein powders and supplements. Everything I found was made for men trying to gain weight and muscle. FitMiss on the other hand is made for women. The first product in the series I want to talk about is the FitMiss Delight -- a low-calorie protein powder. You can use it as a replacement meal by making shakes or as a snack in between meals. It’s available in three flavors: vanilla chai, chocolate and strawberry. I have the vanilla chai flavored one and it is so delicious.
Chady Dunmore, spokesperson for FitMiss, is always posting recipes via her Instagram account that incorporate FitMiss Delight. I took one of them and made it my own and am now hooked. For an after workout shake or meal replacement I’ll do the following:
- 1 scoop of FitMiss vanilla chai delight protein powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 a cup of water
- 2 cups of strawberry (I buy the frozen packs that come without the stems)
- 4 ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s thick and creamy. The above makes enough for two servings. Each serving is only 150 calories!
