Classic Night Out Makeup With TEMPTU
Applying airbrush makeup might seem like a daunting task for some, but I'm here to show you how simple it actually is. Not only that, but I'm going to show you how I achieved a classic night out makeup look perfect for a first date -- all with the help of my TEMPTU Signature Starter Kit. TEMPTU allows you to create flawless, airbrushed makeup on yourself and others. Think back on how celebrities look flawless on TV appearances -- that's all thanks to airbrush makeup. You can purchase the TEMPTU individually or you can opt for one of their kits. I went with the TEMPTU Signature Starter Kit which includes all of the products needed in order to create the look of your choice. The kit will include:
- AIRbrush Makeup System 2.0
- 1 AIRpod Foundation (your choice of color)
- 1 AIRpod Blush (your choice of color)
- 1 AIRpod Highligter (your choice of color)
- 3 pod stand (allows you to place your AIRpods neatly)
- 1 Clear makeup bag (perfect for storage)
The shades I picked are: Foundation in Warm Beige 006, Blush in Pale Pink & Highlighter in Champagne.
Here is my before photo -- now let's plug your TEMPTU into an adapter and get started on this mini tutorial:
I started off with my eye makeup first since I was using darker shades. When creating darker eye looks a little tip is to apply your eye shadows first. This way if there is any fallout from the dark colors you can easily clean it up without messing up your makeup. Next it was time to apply my AIRpod foundation using the TEMPTU airbrush gun. Before hooking up any of the AIRpods to your airbrush gun remember to shake the pods up. Hold the airbrush gun like a pencil and start making circular motions around your face where you want the foundation to apply.
On top of the airbrush gun there will be a nozzle that allows you to determine how much product to be distributed at once. Pull the nozzle forward for more product and back for less product distribution. Continue applying until you reach your desired level of coverage.
Next up is the blush. For the blush you'll want to make sure the nozzle is pulled towards you so that you don't accidentally apply to much color. Focus on the apples of your cheeks with smaller circular motions.
And finally it's time to apply the highlighter. Focus on making a letter 'C' starting right above your cheekbones and working your way in a curved motion over the eyebrows. You can also apply a little bit of highlighter down the bridge of your nose. This champagne color is so beautiful and gives your skin a subtle glow.
