Beauty Tip Tuesday -- How To Cover Up Dark Circles

Hi Dolls -- I want to introduce you to a new column here on SuperGlamNews -- Beauty Tip Tuesday with Makeup Artist Caroline Burns. Every Tuesday she'll be sharing exclusive tips here on the site and here's the first one! Dark circles are the beauty bane of my existence along with many other women.  There are a wide variety of products out there that can make choosing just one a little overwhelming along with spending too much time in the morning to cover up that problem area.  Here are some quick tips on how to make our under eye invisible and have a refreshed look in no time!

  1. Pick a concealer that has an orange base which will cancel out the purple/blue darkness which is caused by poor circulation under the eye. Benefit Cosmetics' Erase Paste comes in 3 different shades.
  2. Take a droplet size amount and apply with a concealer brush on the whole under eye area.
  3. Dab gently with a non-latex sponge until the area is covered.
  4. Take a small brush and apply a setting powder over the concealed eye in one shade lighter than your skin tone and you are set!
