Apple Cider Vinegar Acne Treatment!
Apple Cider Vinegar works incredible wonders when it comes to making unsightly acne disappear. I personally have been using this as my own skin care regimen for months and I must say it has improved my overall complexion. So why is this treatment so effective? Well lets begin discussing all the great antibacterial and antiseptic properties ACV has to offer. ACV is known to improve your skin's pH balance which is important because without it your skin won't look it's best. It's rich in Alpha Hydroxy acids which can also help lighten sun damage and age spots. Now if you have spend tons of money on acne treatment that maybe worked for a while but the results don't last (who hasn't right) you will be happy to hear how cheap ACV is! You will not spend more than $5.00! I recommend buying organic Apple Cider Vinegar with "the mother" because it's made up of rich living nutrients which is ultimately better for you. I will now describe how I prepare my ACV skin care routine.
Apple Cider Vinegar can be applied topically:
Take a small bowl, give the bottle a little shake, pour 2 teaspoons into your bowl. This is very important-make sure you dilute it by adding 3-4 teaspoons of water. ACV is extremely strong and rich so if applied directly onto your skin without adding water, it can sting really badly! I have to warn you the smell is a bit funky, but it just takes some getting use to. Afterwards, I take a cotton ball and begin applying the mixture all over my face using circular motions. It can also be used as a spot treatment on those stubborn blemishes. If you have sensitive skin, I suggest you slightly dab a little bit on at first just to see how your skin will react to it. If it looks fine, continue to apply. I do this a few times a week before bed and then rinse it out in the morning. It's save to leave on overnight, however if you do not feel comfortable sleeping with the ACV mask you may apply the treatment on and let it sit for 20-30 minutes then rinse.
This might seem like a lot of work but who ever said looking good was easy? Give ACV a try I promise you will see results but you must be patient. Remember it's all about consistency. Good luck!
